Two shows: The Human Form & Unfolding the Book

Triptych: Women of Diversity

I am participating in two group shows. In The Human Form exhibition I will exhibit 5 pieces; 3 glass, 2 drawings.

The Human Form, a multi-media Visual Arts Alliance (VAA) collaborative exhibition exploring the figural form in a variety of expressive, philosophical, political and visual content. All eight member galleries and institutions of VAA will have simultaneous exhibitions under the same theme.

The invitational exhibition in The Fayetteville State University Rosenthal Gallery will present works from eight nationally recognized artists in thought provoking, contemporary observations and ways of seeing humanity.

Exhibiting artists include Nancy Grace Horton, Jill Brody, Cecilia Givens, Stanley Greaves, Jeff Brown, Betti Pettinati Longinotti, Shea Justice, Aris Moore and Joseph Wade Wilcox.

This show runs August 23- September 15, 2012; Reception- August 23rd, 5-7 pm.
